If you prefer an in-person viewing, please note we do not have a fixed schedule for tours due to our unpredictable availability. However, you can secure access to the building by booking an hour-long reservation online. Please bear in mind that our staff may or may not be present during your visit. We hope these options help provide a better picture of the space and what our facility has to offer you.

The best way to get started is to visit our website and browse through the available options. Once you have decided whether you need kitchen time or storage space, simply select the option that fits your needs and proceed to make your reservation or purchase. There are no complicated application forms or requirements to meet, making the process easy and hassle-free. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with all the information you need. This includes instructions on what you need to bring, the house rules and terms and conditions of use, and a code to the east entrance of the building. When you arrive, you’ll have a reserved parking spot right by the east door, so you won’t have to worry about finding a place to park. All you have to do is enter your code into the lock to access the building and the kitchen is yours to use!

In addition to what is listed in each product, we provide shared access to restrooms, three compartment sinks, hand washing sinks, a dumpster, a broom, a mop and trash bags. However, we recommend that you bring your own cleaning supplies such as paper towels, rags, food safe cleanser, wire brush, scraper, grill brick, personal cooking utensils, small appliances, and ingredients. Refrigeration, dry storage and freezer space may be reserved for an additional fee. Our kitchen rental services are offered on an hourly basis only. We understand that different businesses have varying needs, thus our hourly rental option allows for more flexibility and control over the amount of time and resources you require. For those who need long-term storage solutions, we do offer monthly rentals for our dry and cold storage options. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality and affordable kitchen space, so we have set our pricing at a level we feel reflects a very fair value of our products. While we appreciate your interest in purchasing in bulk or receiving discounts, we are unable to offer any at this time. However, we do occasionally run promotions and specials, so we can put you on a text list to be notified if any offers that apply to your needs become available.

Station E has two overhead 20 amp outlets. Station B has two overhead 20 amp outlets. Station C has one overhead 20 amp outlet. Other outlets in the kitchen may not be used without express permission.

Due to a limited amount of space and power in the kitchen, large appliances and specialty equipment must be discussed with management prior to bringing it into the kitchen.

We have dry storage space available. You must provide your own commercial grade rack on wheels. Spaces are 2 foot x 4 foot. Everything must fit within your space and be on a rack.

We have multiple walk in coolers with space available for rent. Spaces are 2 foot x 2 foot and you must provide your own commercial grade rack on wheels. We also have a large walk in freezer. Freezer spaces are 18 inches x 4 feet and you must provide your own commercial grade rack on wheels.

Our building is a secure facility with very limited parking. You may have clients pick up meals at our facility but you must be present and you must take orders outside to your customers. Your customers may not enter the kitchen out of respect for the other chefs who may be cooking at the time.

Kitchen rental can be reserved in one hour increments. The minimum purchase available is one hour.

We do not require any long term contracts. We charge for storage and parking on a month-to-month basis. All kitchen rental time is reserved by the hour.

When you complete your paperwork with the Salt Lake County Health Department or the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, they will want to schedule an inspection of our kitchen. We recommend that you book an hour online of one of our stations during the time of your inspection to secure access to the building.

We understand that things don’t always work out as you planned. If there is nobody after you on the schedule, you are welcome to stay as long as you need. We will require you to pay for the additional hours that you use. You must communicate with mangement about the best way to take care of the payment.

The only way that we will accept mail at the kitchen for your business is if you have a dry storage rack stored in our facility. This is the only way that we can make sure that you receive your mail. If you use our address as your business mailing address without reserving a dry storage area, all of your mail will be marked “Return to Sender”.
